Allied Employee Victoria Johnson contacted me this afternoon in regard to an outstanding student loan that my daughter has, my mother is a co-signer on that loan and I had called yesterday and talked to Victoria about it.

I said that I would get in touch with my daughter and have her call Allied about this matter. She was very reasonable and polite on the phone that day.

This afternoon prior to 5pm, I received a call from Victoria; she said that had repeatedly tried to contact my daughter and that my daughter had not contacted her at all today. Victoria wanted to talk to my mother and the loan. I said that she was taking a nap. My mother is 75 years old and Diabetic and had a small episode after lunch. She was in no shape to talk on the phone. After I said that, Victoria became much more pushy and demand to know when my daughter was going to call. I told her again that my daughter is in Michigan and I did not know where she worked, Victoria asked why I didn't know and then said "have her call me" she then hung-up on me without saying another word or letting me respond to her last statement. I know she is doing a tough job, but that does not give her the right to be rude.
