Billing and Communication
I have hours upon hours on the phone and internet trying to get a forbearance set up on the account. I get told by one person that the accounts can have up to 12 months forbearance, but then they say they can't actually set it up, and they transfer me to wait another 40 minutes only to be told that my loans can NOT have forbearance but they are unable to explain why they are saying that.
I can qualify for a repayment plan that sounds exactly like what they are forcing on people already.
They are willing to call me 40 times a day and leave messages but there is never anyone to talk to and when I do they can never help.
There should be a credit reporting type system for businesses that customers can report companies and actually have some ramifications.

Unscrupulous Buinsess Practices
I went online to stop the auto payments and see they were in the process of taking out another $263.35 payment today, July 1st ... Looks like it takes 3 days to stop the auto pay program so just hopping they won't take payments out each day for the next 3 days! Their "Chat now" button on their website does not respond when clicked ...
