I got billed twice and just wanted an explanation and for that to be cleared to get rid of an overdraft fee they caused , I was treated very rudely and the representative was almost yelling at me. It was an obvious complaint and i don't think its unreasonable to want to not be billed twice.
They have lost my business and am changing companies. Very dissapointed with this company.
i would not get a loan with them I have to call them constantly because they dont process my checks in time, or they bill me incorrect amounts. Getting called from collections 50 times a day , but can't get 2 minutes to explain why I am billed incorrectly.
